        !             3: A \textbf{Score Upload Form} is a page in LON-CAPA that stands in for a score in an
        !             4: assignment external to LON-CAPA. You can insert a Score Upload Form into
        !             5: your course, and use it to enter student's scores for an exam, project, or
        !             6: any other assignment. The easiest way to do this is via the \textbf{PGRD} \textbf{Grading} screen \ref{Course_Student_Grade_Override}, which allows you to upload a CSV file containing students'
        !             7: scores.

        !             9: To create a Score Upload Form, do the following:

        !            13: \item Log in to the course you wish to add a Score Upload Form to.
        !            14: \item Select \textbf{DOCS} on the Remote Control or Main Menu.
        !            15: \item At the \textbf{Course Documents} screen, click the \fbox{Score
        !            16: Upload Form} button in the \textbf{Special documents} column. 
        !            17: \item At the window pop-up, type the name of the Score Upload Form and click the \fbox{OK} button.
