Updated chap. 6 of course manual.

    2: To add a \textbf{Simple Problem} to your course documents, do the following:

    6: \item Select \textbf{Course Contents} on the Inline Menu or

    8: \textbf{Edit course contents}
    9: within Main Menu.

   11: \item At the buttom of the \textbf{Course Contents} screen, 
   12: click \fbox{Special Documents}. Next click on

   14: \textbf{Simple Problem}.
   15: \item In the pop up window, type the name of the new page and click OK.

   17: The page will appear at the bottom of the course document area to which you added it.

   20: \item Click on the problem link in the \textbf{Documents} column to open the problem.
