Pulling updates from help.loncapa.org.

This brings the CVS repository up to date with the work Jay-Lynne has done,
*except* for the stuff on the DOCs screen, which as mentioned in the
meeting will require a bit of programming work.

    5: To upload a file from your hard drive into the course, do the following:

   10: \item Log in to the course you want to add content to.
   11: \item Click \textbf{DOCS} on the remote control.
   12: \item In the \textbf{Upload a new main course document} or

   14: either type the path to your document or click the \textbf{Browse...} button to find it on 
   15: your hard drive.
   16: \item Type the title in the Title text box.

   21: Note: Your new file will be visible the next time you log in, or by
   22: clicking the \textbf{re-initializing course} button on the course
