        !             3: Users in the domain with rights to create custom roles can create a new role or edit privileges assigned to an existing custom role they own, as follows:

        !            19: When creating a new role, buttons are available to use privileges which apply to standard predefined roles in the system (Course Coordinator, Instructor, Teaching Assistant etc.)
