- Show appropriate user management help for the user's context (i.e., domain,
  author or course), and user's permissions (i.e., edit or view privilege).

The roles for which changes can be listed include: Admininstrator, Author, Bubblesheet Scanning Operator, Domain Coordinator, Domain Guest, Domain Helpdesk, Domain Helpdesk Assistant and Librarian.
