- Show appropriate user management help for the user's context (i.e., domain,
  author or course), and user's permissions (i.e., edit or view privilege).

    3: Users in the domain with rights to view user roles in the domain can display a history of domain role changes for the domain's users. The roles for which changes can be listed include: Admininstrator, Author, Bubblesheet Scanning Operator, Domain Coordinator, Domain Guest, Domain Helpdesk, Domain Helpdesk Assistant and Librarian.
