Edited a bunch of help files and added many new ones so the cc manual no contains everything that my Training Guide contains. Next step is to edit the files for readability and consistancy in format.

LON-CAPA automatically grades all online homework problems by default except 
for essay problems. However, the Instructor or Course Coordinator have 
permission to override the computer scores and submit their own grades. 
To access the PGRD screen:

\begin{enumerate}

\item Navigate to the problem or a problem within a sequence you want to grade.
\item Click \textbf{PGRD} on the Remote Control or Inline Menu.
\item For manual grading, use the left hand side of the screen.
  \begin{enumerate}
  \item Optionally, select the desired section and student status from the drop down menus.
  \item Select one of the following: 
    \begin{enumerate}
    \item \textbf{Current Resource: For one or more students}: For Grading of Viewing Submissions for one of more students. After selecting this option, perform the following steps:
      \begin{enumerate} 
      \item Select the students you want to limit your selection from using one of the following choices:
        \begin{itemize}
        \item students with any status: any student in the course or selected section
        \item students with submissions: any student who submitted an answer
        \item students with ungraded submissions: any student who submitted an answer or essay to a hand-graded problem which you have yet to grade.
        \item students with incorrect submissions: any student who has made a submission which the computer or instructor has marked incorrect.

      \item Click the {[}Next{]} button.
      \item Go to section \ref{Grade_One} for further instructions.
      \end{enumerate}
    \item \textbf{Current Resource: For all students in selected section or course}: A shortcut for grading an entire class or partcular section at a time. Click the {[}Next{]} button and then go to section \ref{Grade_All}. 
    \item \textbf{The complete Set/Page/Sequence: For one student}: Grade an entire folder or sequence for one student.  For example, grading a make-up exam or grading homework for a student with no internet access.  Click the {[}Next{]} button and then go to section \ref{Grade_Sequence}.
    \end{enumerate}
  \end{enumerate}
\item Click the {[}Grade{]} button to grade a Scantron Exam.  Go to section \ref{Grade_Scantron}.
\item Click the {[}Upload{]} button to grade a Score Upload From.  Go to section \ref{Grade_Upload}. 
\item Type in a receipt number and click the {[}Verify{]} button to Verify a receipt.  Go to section \ref{Grade_Verify} for more information.
