Grading options help file.

The \textbf{grading options\index{grading options}} course environment variable
can take three values:

\item{\bf\tt standard}: the points for every problem part are partial credit factor times weight
\item{\bf\tt external}: all grade information screens are hidden, usually because grades are calculated external to LON-CAPA
\item{\bf\tt spreadsheet}: the full spreadsheet is used for grade calculations
