Edited a bunch of help files and added many new ones so the cc manual no contains everything that my Training Guide contains. Next step is to edit the files for readability and consistancy in format.

On many LON-CAPA pages, you will see small blue and orange boxes with white 
question marks inside. The blue boxes are links to relevant help documentation. The orange boxes are links to other LON-CAPA support available.
