To submit feedback for a specific page, do the following:

\begin{enumerate}

\item Open the resource page where you want to submit feedback.
\item Click \includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{feedback} 
\textbf{Feedback} at the top in-line menu of this resource.
\item At the \textbf{Question/comment/feedback} screen, check one of one of the 
listed feedback types to direct where your feedback is sent (see feedback to author \ref{Feedback_Author}, feedbak about content \ref{Feedback_Content}, \ref{Feedback_Policy}, contribute to discussion \ref{Feedback_Discussion}, and contribute anonymously to discussion \ref{Feedback_Discuss_Anon} for further explanation).
\item Click the checkbox to optionally add to your blog.
\item Type your feedback, comment, or question in text box.
\item If applicable, add an attachment.
\item Click \textbf{Send}.
