        !             2: Each course or community group can be assigned a quota for portfolio files uploaded to the group.

        !             4: Although a Coordinator will assign the disk quota for each individual group, the size of the quota which can be assigned will be constrained by the total disk space allocated for portfolio files in the course or community.  A quota for the total disk space for a course or community is set when the course/community is first created by a Domain Coordinator.  If creation occurs automatically in response to an online request the quota will be the domain default defined for the specific course type.
