Convenince labels added to the top of each file to assist in creating
index-type help files for things like the XML editor screen (where
there's nothing to hook help to).

    3: Along with showing the Numerical Response editor, figure \ref{Numerical Response Editor Figure}
    4: also shows the parameters for one of the simplest possible types of numerical
    5: response. The \textbf{Text Block} has the problem's question, which is the
    6: static text {}``What is 2 + 2?'' The \textbf{Answer} is {}``4''. The
    7: \textbf{Hint} has been set to something appropriate for this problem. Everything
    8: else has the default values from when the problem was created.

   10: If you create a problem like this, hit \textbf{Submit Changes}, then hit
   11: \textbf{View} after the changes have been submitted, you can try the problem
   12: out for yourself. Note the last box in the HTML page has the answer LON-CAPA
   13: is looking for conveniently displayed for you, along with the range the computer
   14: will accept and the number of significant digits the computer requires when
   15: viewed by an \textbf{Author}.

   18: answer correct but wish to continue playing with the problem, use the \textbf{Reset
