small text changes today/couple of typos, a little re-wording.

    1: \label{Open_Date}
    2: 
    3: The open date is the date and time when you first allow the students
    4: to view and work on the problems. By default, all problems are viewable
    5: immediately after being added with the DOCS Screen. You can change
    6: this default setting by deleting the course level open date. Note
    7: that parameters only control access to problems. Webpages are always
    8: viewable.
