Edited a bunch of help files and added many new ones so the cc manual no contains everything that my Training Guide contains. Next step is to edit the files for readability and consistancy in format.

    3: The open date is the date and time when to first allow the students
    4: to view and work on the problems. By default, all problems are viewable
    5: immediately after being added with the DOCS Screen. You can change
    6: this default setting by deleting the course level open date. Note
    7: that parameters only control access to problems. Webpages are always
    8: viewable.
