Convenince labels added to the top of each file to assist in creating
index-type help files for things like the XML editor screen (where
there's nothing to hook help to).

    3: To create an Option Response problem, create a new resource as described

   20:  You should see the Option Response page open up.
   21: \item Replace the text in the \textbf{Text Block} with text that explains the conditions
   22: for your problem.
   23: \item Locate the \textbf{Max Number of Shown Foils} element and type a number from
   24: 1 to 8 to display that number of questions. You cannot display more than
   25: one foil from each concept group, so this option will only reduce the number
   26: of foils displayed, if it is less than the number of concept groups in your
   27: Option Response problem.
   28: \item Now you must define the options the students can select. For each option
   29: you wish to add to the Option Response question, type the option into the
   30: \textbf{Add new Option} box in the \textbf{Select Options} section, then
   31: hit the \textbf{Save Changes} button. If you do not hit the \textbf{Save
   32: Changes} button, your option will not be selectable below. (You will delete
   33: unwanted options in the last step.)
   34: \item Now, you need to define the question foils. Look for the foil with the name
   35: {}``One''. Type the question into the text box, and select the correct
   36: option for that question from the \textbf{Correct Option} drop-down menu.
   37: Click \textbf{Submit Changes} to save this question foil. Repeat this step
   38: for all remaining foils.
   39: \item Locate the foils that are not being used. In their \textbf{Delete} menus,
   40: set the value to \textbf{Yes}. Once you've set the Delete menu value correctly
   41: for all the foils, click the \textbf{Save Changes} button.
   42: \item In the Hint area, provide a helpful hint for users who get the problem incorrect,
   43: and click the \textbf{Save Changes} button.
   44: \item Make sure all the options you want to delete are not used for any of your
   45: foils. If a deleted option is used in a foil, it will appear in a text box in the
   46: \textbf{Correct Option} area for that foil. To make the drop-down box reappear,
   47: type an option already defined in the \textbf{Select Options} field, and
   48: hit \textbf{Submit Changes}. A drop-down box will reappear.
   49: To delete the irrelevant options from the Option Response question, select
   50: that option from the \textbf{Delete an Option} drop down, and hit the \textbf{Save
   51: Changes} button. Do that for each option you wish to remove.
