Explain drawoptionlist

    1: \label{Option_Response_Problems}
    2: \index{Option Response}\textbf{Option Response} problems present foils to the student with drop-down
    3: boxes. The student can select the matching choice for the foils from a list
    4: of choices. Optionally, the foils may be bundled into Concept Groups, and
    5: the system will select one foil from each displayed group to display to the
    6: student.
