Fixes for the portfolio documentation. Changes made according to Mark's suggestions

\label{Portfolio_Catalog}

The catalog information allows you to enter additional information about a document that has been uploaded. The information can be used to categorize the document to be used for searching.

To create or edit catalog information, press the \textbf{Cat} button next to the rename link in the file list.  The first page will ask you to associate the file to a particular course. You can also choose not to associate the file to any course. Once a course is chosen press the \textbf{Associate Resource with Selected Course} button.

The next page allows you to enter the various information. These information are:

\item Author. The creators of the resource
\item Title. The title of the resource
\item Subject. The subject that the resource deals with
\item Keyword(s). Keywords related to the resource for quick search/cataloguing
\item Abstract
\item Notes
\item Lowest Grades Level. The lowest school grade of the reader this resource is suited for.
\item Highest Grades Level. The highest school grade of the reader this resource is suited for.
\item Standards
\end{itemize}

Click on \textbf{Store Catalog Information} to save the information created. Or press on \textbf{Discard Edits and Return to Portfolio} to cancel all edits.
