Added the help link to file actions (also added the help file)
Changed the manual (texxml file) to include help on catalog

The file list shows all files and sub-directories contained within this directory. Clicking on a file will open that file. Clicking on a directory will take you inside the directory.

The file list also has various action icons. The meaning of each of these icons are:

\item folder image: This denotes that the name correspond to a directory.
\item locked: If you have submitted a file for a problem, you cannot delete this file
\item checkbox: Check this box and the delete button to delete a files
\end{itemize}
