                      3: If you have multiple LON-CAPA accounts and wish to receive all communication in one account, set LON-CAPA to forward these for you.

                      5: LON-CAPA can also send new message notifications to your conventional
                      6: email accounts. You can choose to forward only

                      9: To forward messages and notifications, do the following:

                     13: \item Select \textbf{PREF} on the Remote Control or Main Menu.

                     16: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field
                     17:   labeled \textbf{New Forwarding Address(es)}. This should be one or
                     18:   more LON-CAPA addresses, like ``user:domain'', separated by commas.
                     19: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field
                     20:    labeled \textbf{New Message Notification Email Address(es)}. This
                     21:    should be one or more Internet email addresses, like
                     22:    ``user@example.com'', separated by commas. 
                     23: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field labeled \textbf{New Critical Message Notification Email Address(es)}. This
                     24:    should be one or more Internet email addresses, like
                     25:    ``user@example.com'', separated by commas.
