                      4: If you have multiple LON-CAPA accounts and wish to receive all communication in one account, set LON-CAPA to forward these for you.

                     10: To forward messages and notifications, do the following:

                     17: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field
                     18:   labeled \textbf{New Forwarding Address(es)}. This should be one or
                     19:   more LON-CAPA addresses, like ``user:domain'', separated by commas.
                     20: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field
                     21:    labeled \textbf{New Message Notification Email Address(es)}. This
                     22:    should be one or more Internet email addresses, like
                     23:    ``user@example.com'', separated by commas. 
                     24: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field labeled \textbf{New Critical Message Notification Email Address(es)}. This
                     25:    should be one or more Internet email addresses, like
                     26:    ``user@example.com'', separated by commas.
