        !             3: If you have multiple LON-CAPA accounts and wish to receive all communication in one account, set LON-CAPA to forward these for you.

        !             5: LON-CAPA can also send new message notifications to your conventional
        !             6: email accounts. You can choose to forward only
        !             7: critical messages within LON-CAPA or to forward to any email account.
        !             8: 
        !             9: To forward messages and notifications, do the following:

        !            13: \item Select \textbf{PREF} on the Remote Control or Main Menu. 
        !            14: \item At the \textbf{Change Preferences} screen, click the

        !            17:   labeled \textbf{New Forwarding Address(es)}. This should be one or
        !            18:   more LON-CAPA addresses, like ``user:domain'', separated by commas.
        !            19: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field
        !            20:    labeled \textbf{New Message Notification Email Address(es)}. This
        !            21:    should be one or more Internet email addresses, like
        !            22:    ``user@example.com'', separated by commas. 
        !            23: \item Type your desired forward address or addresses into the text field labeled \textbf{New Critical Message Notification Email Address(es)}. This
        !            24:    should be one or more Internet email addresses, like
        !            25:    ``user@example.com'', separated by commas.
