1.2     ! felicia     2: You can change your language preferences from the Preferences Screen.
        !             3: The default language is English. You can change the language of the
        !             4: LON-CAPA system language, but homework problems will remain in the
        !             5: language they were coded in. Changing languages is a new tool and
        !             6: is not fully functional. This tool was put in place for testing purposes.
        !             7: If you would like to help with a language that is not available from
        !             8: the language list, please submit your suggestion through bugzilla.
