Consistent wording "e-mail"

    2: \textbf{Automatically forward messages sent to one LON-CAPA account to another}

    4: If you have multiple LON-CAPA accounts and wish to receive all communication in one account, set LON-CAPA to forward messages sent to your other accounts to the single account where you wish to receive your aggregated messages. You can forward messages to more than one account.

    6: To forward messages do the following:

    8: \item Either move your mouse pointer over your name at the top left of the page, and select \textbf{Preferences}from the displayed dropdown, or click \textbf{Main Menu} on the Inline Menu and
    9: then select \includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{pref} \textbf{Set user preferences}
   10: in the \textbf{My Space} group.
   11: \item At the \textbf{Set User Preferences} screen, select 
   12: \includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{mail-reply-all}
   13: \textbf{Messages \& Notifications}
   14: \item In the \textbf{Forward messages to other account(s) in LON-CAPA} section, type your desired forward address in the text field labeled ``Forward to account(s)''. 
   15:   This should be one or more LON-CAPA addresses, in the form: ``username:domain'', separated by commas.
   16: \item Click the \fbox{Save} button.

   20: \textbf{Receive an e-mail notifying you when a LON-CAPA message is sent to you}

   23: LON-CAPA can also send new message notifications to your conventional
   24: e-mail accounts. You can choose the specific types of messages
   25: which will cause notifications to be sent to the e-mail addresses
   26: you provide. The specific types of message  
   27: are: critical messages, standard messages or any message. The notification e-mail
   28: will include an excerpt of the text contained in the body of the original LON-CAPA
   29: message.

   31: To receive notification e-mail do the following:

   35: \item Select \textbf{Preferences} on the Inline Menu or

   38: on the Main Menu.
   39: \item At the \textbf{Set User Preferences} screen, select

   42: \item In the ``E-mail notification of LON-CAPA messages'' section, check the checkbox labeled \textbf{Add new address}
   43: \item Type a notification address into the text field
   44:    labeled \textbf{Notification address}. This should be an Internet e-mail
   45:    address like ``user@example.com''.
   46: \item Use the radio buttons to select which types of LON-CAPA message should
   47:  cause a notification e-mail to be sent to the specified address.
   48: \item Choose whether you want any HTML tags contained in the original message body
   49:  to be preserved in the excerpt included in the notification e-mail.
   50: \item Click the \fbox{Save} button.
   51: \item Repeat this procedure to add more notification e-mail addresses, one address at a time.
