Add these files.

    1: To print a resource, do the following:

    5: \item Select a resource.
    6: \item Click \textbf{PRT} on the remote control if you are using the
    7:   remote, or click \textbf{prepare printout} on the resource screen.

   11: The Print helper will guide you through the process of preparing a PDF
   12: document of the resource.
