Updating chapter 9 of Course Manual.

Go to a problem resource and click on 
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{pparm}
\textbf{Modify parameter settings for this resource}
within the \textbf{Functions} bar of the Inline Menu.
This will bring you to a
screen which is similar to the resource level parameter setting in table
format (\ref{Table_Mode}), except information only shows up for the current problem. 
\emph{Make sure to only make changes in the
\textbf{for Resource} column.} 

If the interface seems confusing, then we suggest you use 
the Helper Mode, see \ref{Parameter_Helper}.
