Convenince labels added to the top of each file to assist in creating
index-type help files for things like the XML editor screen (where
there's nothing to hook help to).

    1: \label{Publishing_Copyright}
    2: You need to set the copyright and distribution permissions in the
    3: \textbf{COPYRIGHT/DISTRIBUTION} drop-down. This setting controls who is allowed
    4: to use your resource as follows:

    6: \begin{itemize}
    7: \item \textbf{Limited to courses in the domain published} means that only courses
    8: running in the same domain as you can use your content. Talk to your LON-CAPA
    9: administrator if you want more information about your domain.
   10: \item \textbf{Free} means that anyone can find and use the resource.
   11: \item \textbf{Private - visible to author only} means that it can't be used for
   12: any course.
   13: \item \textbf{Public - no authentication required} means anyone can find and use
   14: the resource.
   15: \end{itemize}
   16: Not all of these choices may be visible, depending on the nature of
   17: the resource.
