Updating chap 10 of cc manual

To send internal LON-CAPA email messages:

\begin{enumerate}

\item Select \textbf{Messages} on the Inline Menu or 
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{com}
\textbf{Send and display messages} on the Main Menu.
\item At the \textbf{Communication/Messages} screen, select 
\includegraphics[width=0.03\paperwidth]{mail-message-new}
\textbf{New Message}.
\item Type the "username" you want to send the message to.
 
\textbf{Note}: If you don't know the user name, click on the \underline{Select User} link. 
Another screen will open and you can select a user from the list.

\item Enter any additional recipients.
\item Type the \textbf{Subject} in the "subject" text box.
\item Type the message in the text box.
\item If this is a "critical message," select "Send as critical message,"
see \ref{Course_Critical_Message}. 

\textbf{Note}: Only instructors and course coordinators can send
critical messages. 
\item Click \textbf{Send}.
