Convenince labels added to the top of each file to assist in creating
index-type help files for things like the XML editor screen (where
there's nothing to hook help to).

12: Courses have a Top-level Map which defines the whole course. This top-level
13: map will often itself contain maps corresponding to homework assignments,
14: chapters, or units. To view your maps, you will need to make them part of
15: a course. Only Domain Coordinators can make courses and set their Top-level
16: maps, so work with your Domain Coordinator if you need to view your maps.
