updating chapter 8 of cc manual

If you set a course parameter \ref{Course_Setting_Parameters},
you can access this parameter in the spreadsheet
\index{spreadsheet, course parameter in}. To access the
parameter 'testparm' use 

\texttt{\&EXT('course.testparm')}\index{EXT}

in a cell of your spreadsheet.
