    3: The student view of the spreadsheet is restricted to the student's personal data, calculated 
    4: by the Student Spreadsheet. Students are only able to view their personal data in courses 
    5: where the environment has been set to allow the student
    6: view of the spreadsheet, see \textbf{Changing Course Environment for Student Access to 
    7: Spreadsheet} (\ref{GradingOptions}). To view their data, from the Main Menu they press

    9: \textbf{View current problem status and grading information}.

   11: If the course contains assessments which indicate the student should not 
   12: be able to view the results, as is the default for an exam, the row will appear
   13: blacked out and the data will not be present.  Once the answer date has passed
   14: for the resource, the row will be shown.

   16: Students cannot modify the spreadsheet in any way. 
   17: Students are not able to view the Assessment Spreadsheets
   18: or Course Spreadsheet.
