- Update information about testbank import and IMS import capabilities.

    6: upload. The "Regular file" designation applies to html files, image
    7: files etc., as well as to zip, tar or gzip files that you wish to
    8: decompress after upload. In the case of a zip/tar/gz file etc., once
    9: the file has been uploaded, a "Decompress" link will automatically be
   10: displayed adjacent to the name of the file in the display of
   11: authoring space directory contents. You will be able to decompress
   12: this file by clicking the link.

   15: a testbank file containing questions and answers in plain text (ascii), 
   16: Rich Text Format (RTF), or HTML format, which you plan to convert to

   19: True/False questions, Fill-in-the-blank questions, Ranking questions,
   20: and Essay/short answer questions. The original testbank file can be
   21: removed from your authoring space later, once the testbank
