Template Cysteine lesson
This example shows how to build a simple lesson to learn the making of the S-S bond
Cystine is a sulfur-containing amino acid obtained by the oxidation of two cysteine molecules which are then linked via
a disulfide bond.
Combine two cysteine molecules to make up a cystine molecule
Procedure:
- click on the sulfur atom of the cysteine in the template (below the editor)t to mark the atom to be used as an anchor
- click on the editor to add the cysteine
