   40: While we can make no guarantees that LON-CAPA will work with your particular
   41: Pocket Computer or PDA, it runs fine on Apple iPhones, iPads, and iPods using Safari, as well as on several Android devices.

   45: The most common problem here is that the Caps-Lock button is pressed. Usernames
   46: and passwords are case sensitive, so it does matter if something is typed with
   47: lowercase or with uppercase letters.

   49: The second most common problems is that users accidentally go to the wrong 
   50: server. LON-CAPA is running at many universities, colleges, and schools.
   51: Especially if you hit upon this page by looking for "LON-CAPA" in Google or
   52: some other search engine, you might have hit a server at another place. Please
   53: make sure to use the URL provided to you.

   55: <h2>I get a list of computers ...</h2>
   56: This means that the server you attempted to login to is currently not 
   57: available. For example, it might be undergoing maintenance. Please click on
   58: any of the other server, giving preference to the ones that say "preferred."
   59: <h2>I get "Information needed to verify your login information is missing, inaccessible or expired"</h2>
   60: LON-CAPA does internal encryption of password information submitted from the 
   61: login screen, but only keeps the decryption information for a day. Simply pull
   62: up the login screen again. 
   63: If that does not solve the problem, please wait for 20 minutes, reload 
   64: the login page, and try again. If after 20 minutes LON-CAPA still gives you 
   65: the same message, please submit a help request to <a href="/adm/helpdesk?origurl=%2fadm%2floginproblems.html">LON-CAPA support</a>. 
   66:  The server administrator will be able to verify your situation and re-enable logins.
   67: <h2>I hit "Log In," but nothing happens, or I get error messages and
