Various small problems with
* starting with empty screen (not good)
* moving foldes/files (threw exception)

minor syntax fixes

Making it save a bookmark via menu.html. Still have to figure out the missing string when adding bookmarks

direct bookmark adds without opening the editor window. This will be thoroughly tested once the remote is updated to include this feature.

bookmarklib now saves bookmarks! It also retrieves saved bookmarks.

moved part of the save bookmark string into the 'non-saved' html part. This is because this part never changes and placing it there allows the bookmark editor to work even if lonc couldn't fetch the bookmarks.

every link in admbookmark.pm is now relative link
bookmarklib.js almost saves correctly.
I'm not aware of modifying the icons. I don't know why they are 'modified'

modified links in admbookmarks and bookmarklib. admbookmarks still needs to fix the hardlink
removed all old gif images and replaced them with the newly named gifs.
I used a script to add/remove new/old gifs, that's why some say that they were modified. The modified gifs were not modified.

bookmarklib.js and toolbar completely rewritten
new version doesn't use html files any more. the addition gifs show an animated drag icon.

changed how admbookmarks checks if users has no bookmarks. sorry about te 

moved a line from user supplied bookmarks to default bookmarkmenu. This should fix one problem with javascript.

Changed the js-file to be in includes, changed the bookmark namespace to be
nohist.

removed old gif files
now when you save a bookmark/link it places it at the end of all folders and links
now instead of marking an entire href it marks only the pathname
removed original debug bookmarks from admbookmarks.pm. They have been replaced by the default bookmarks.

fixed problem so that bookmarks load up when you first log in.
