Bug 3195: "Go Back" button in groupsort didn't take lonindexer to the right
place.

Here is the fix for bug 2884 that is better and fixes the problem
without slowing everything down, leaving the 1.101 in there as it
seems
to be good.  If these changes seem to open up some type of blackhole
of
some sort or anything else that is no good, just let me know.

Teaches groupsort about metadata to sort it's self out.  Tested and
works ok.

Bug 2258: Advanced search could not import into docs sequences.  The problem
was that the "Advanced Search" link did not pass the 'mode' parameter along
to the advanced search page, so $ENV{'form.mode'} eq ''.  The parameter
is now passed along (lonsearchcat.pm) and groupsort.pm has been modified to
assume a 'simple' mode if the mode is not specified.  Should go in 1.0.2.
I do not want to consider how long this has been broken.

Internationalizing.

- BUG#1414, You can't reorder 1 resource, so if only one resource selected just insert it right away.

- should be using the _users_ domain not the servers domain, (lonsequence.pm was already doing this, only by luck was this not blowing up.)

- use unknwon.gif for the icon unless we know what it is (BUG#1595)

Attempt to better catch and log untied hashes by usage of cleanup handlers.

Together with the cleanup hander on lonsearchcat.pm, we will hopefully never
see "cannot tie hash" again during group search and group import

Fixes for bug 775.

lonsearchcat.pm was modified to take a new parameter, cleargroupsort, which
causes it to clear the GDBM file used by the groupsort.pm handler.
&catalogmode_output was modified to take two new parameters which identify
uniquely the radiobutton it produces and the resource the radiobutton
refers to.
The javascript function queue was modified to take two parameters which
correspond to the two new ones passed to &catalogmode_output.

groupsort.pm was modified to pass 'cleargroupsort' to lonspreadsheet.pm
when the 'new search' button is hit.

Course Documents can now Group Import and Search

Fix a bug which caused groupimport to forget its mode.
