- loncommon::modal_link() takes two additional args:

- Move help.png help icon from /res into /adm/help so it is available for users are not logged into LON-CAPA on servers where lonhttpd points at port 80.

Changes for integration with FAQ-O-Matic. Actual graphic loaded for
links instead of the word "graphic". Path to html directory no longer
hardcoded. Links and image hrefs fully qualified now.

This commit implements the .tex-based online help system in LON-CAPA. It
may be necessary to manually run loncom/build/help_graphics_converter.pl
and doc/help/rebuildLabelHash.pl after a cvs update, and
loncapa_apache.conf may need to be manually copied to /etc. (The
loncapafiles.lpml has been updated.)

After merging this, the URL http://[loncapahost]/adm/help/Foils.hlp
should display a help file.

Also, some *very* out-of-date files have been removed from the /doc
directory.
Diff request

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
