- Bug 6955 IP-based blocking. Pass user'sIP address as third arg to
  loncommon::blockcheck() and second to loncommon::blocking_status().

"Content" does not need to show up in print

- Second arg in lonnet::userfileupload() changed from boolean (coursedoc) to

    (possible values: coursedoc, existingfile, overwrite, canceloverwrite, or '').

- Eliminate double breadcrumbs when simple group page is registered in a course.

- New routine in longroup.pm: &get_group_link() to get link to group homepage.
  - supports situations where group homepage has encrypted url.

Refactors nearly-common code located in the templated pages,
into a new routine &print_template_fields() which controls printing
LC_Boxes for fields, and <textarea>s as necessary.  Custom fields
(links to be included, for example), are processed using handler routines
in closures, which are passed in a hash to the routine.

Saves about 140 lines of code are so?

- Moved Photo into template box for consistent use of template boxes.

Because LON-CAPA 2.81 doesn't support this feature, I go back to the roots.

Adds check before calling lonfeedback::newline_to_br to see if
the text contains block-level HTML elements (such as <table> or <p> or <br />).
If HTML is detected, newlines will no longer be automatically converted
to <br /> tags -- this resolves bugs such as 5550, where for
example, inserting a table using the WYSIWYG editor causes
erroneous break tags to be created.

- Replaced special style "clear" by...
    - direct use of style="..." (londocs.pm)
    - LC_clear_float_footer (lonsimplepage.pm)

londocs.pm:

Changes related to modification of LON-CAPA screen header:
- Moved functionslists into new standard screen header "head_subbox"

Just "LC_Box" instead of "LC_ContentBoxSpecial"
- Much shorter
- Always contains some kind of content
- Nothing special (LC_ContentBox doesn't exist besides id for Javascript in londocs.pm)

- Backport 1.64, 1.66 (part), 1.71, 1.75.

Replaced tabsymbol with 4 whitespaces to avoid conflicts with editors where tabwidth expand to 8 whitespaces.

Use cvs diff -w to check, that between this revision (1.82) and the revision before (1.81) there is no
  difference except the whitespaces.

Cody Styling. Insert for example an idention of 4 whitespace after an if-Statement et cetera

Consistent script code style

The delete Button for your picture only appears if you uploaded a picture before.

No content changes - removed loads of annoying trailing blanks and tabs in script code

Functionslist Optimizations:
- Changed sub routines to allow collection of output data instead of being forced to directly print.
   This allows a much wider range of usage in other moduls
  (Now return the output data instead of direct printing)
- Replaced hardcoded fieldset legend text by customized text (new parameter).
  Default text "Functions" if no parameter text provided.

Adjusted related scripts (lonaboutme.pm, lonsimplepage.pm, lonsyllabus.pm) accordingly.
- Added some line breaks for better code readability
- Removed some " " (-> CSS)

Optimized names for sub routines which create functionslists:
- Standarized/more consistent compared to exisiting routine names (e.g., start_data_table)
- Betting fitting with regard to routine's functionality
- No misunderstood connection to start_page routine anymore

Adding a content box surround the page content.

Add new design syllabus.Add the"Add Record" and "View recent activity.." links in the function fieldset in aboutme. Design fixes in aboutme,simplepage,template.

The title section of simple page is now in a Box which uses the LC_ContentBoxSpecial Style. The fieldset with the action links for the user are now on the top of the page.

Add a html fildset for site functions in lonaboutme,sylabus,simplepage.The functions are eg. show public view, edit,send message,.. .

Display of group tools links was not occurring for user with 'mdg' privilege in one particular case.  Now displayed.

Style - naming.  Caller (grppage) obsolete.  Store uploaded photos in right place. Add "Edit group settings" link for users with mdg priv in course.  Priv checking for roles with section specificity. Ensure vcg and mdg privs see page contents as well as links to group tools. Some &mt().  loncoursegroups - wording changes.  Add breadcrumb for access via "Edit settings" link on group home page.

Adding breadcrumbs when group page is accessed from "Groups" menu.  Not displayed if reached from NAVMAPS or via standard navigation using fwd or backwd arrows.

Replacing grppg with smppg for file name of group home pages. Detection of group context from presence of course's domain and coursenumber in page URL (instead of a username and user domain).

Users with privilege to create/modify/delete groups in a course can always edit group home page and can always see links to group functions.

&coursegroups() and &get_group_settings() moved to longroup.pm, which contains general utility functions for asking about groups.  Also contains &group_changes() which is used to add/drop group memberships as a result of role changes, as determined by group settings for auto-add and auto-drop. 'none' and 'all' are now reserved words which may not be used as section or group names, so they can be used instead of _all and _none  when specifying auto-add and auto-drop settings for all sections or no section roles.

Spelling links

HTMLarea - only have 5 minutes.

There are lots of odd problems with Mozilla, not just meta-refresh, but
also popup windows and one random segmentation fault.

Small correction.

Now allows to print pictures. + some additional cleanup.
