Removed GDBM_File dependencies, &CheckFormElement, &ProcessFormData,
&SortStudents,  &SpaceColumns, &PrepareData, &BuildClasslist, and
&BuildStatistics.
&handler now works at a relatively high level to determine which statistics/*
routines to call.
