Work-in-progress commit for bug 6209.

Features the beginnings of a jQuery-based interface that meshes
with the old interface for the time being.  There are a lot of things
to be prettied and improved, but this is a good stopping place for now.

Refactors nearly-common code located in the templated pages,
into a new routine &print_template_fields() which controls printing
LC_Boxes for fields, and <textarea>s as necessary.  Custom fields
(links to be included, for example), are processed using handler routines
in closures, which are passed in a hash to the routine.

Saves about 140 lines of code are so?

Bug #2069 - do not turn hard-coded <a>-links into link-links (and thus make a mess)

Adds check before calling lonfeedback::newline_to_br to see if
the text contains block-level HTML elements (such as <table> or <p> or <br />).
If HTML is detected, newlines will no longer be automatically converted
to <br /> tags -- this resolves bugs such as 5550, where for
example, inserting a table using the WYSIWYG editor causes
erroneous break tags to be created.

-lonaboutme, lontemplate, loncommon, lonmsgdisplay: HTML Validation
-lonaboutme: new delimiter fro quoting the image tag, because from this line I lost the correct
   syntax highlighting for my favorite vim-editor.
-lonmsgdisplay: put target in the argument list of disfacetoface function, to force that I'm interested in a
 tex target. When printing lonaboutme page with facetoface discussion env{form.grade_target} has an empty value.

Functionslist:
- Moved sub routines from lontemplate.pm to lonhtmlcommon.pm to allow wider access
- Renamed sub routine names:
    - start_functionslist -> start_funclist
    - item_functionslist -> add_item_funclist

Just "LC_Box" instead of "LC_ContentBoxSpecial"
- Much shorter
- Always contains some kind of content
- Nothing special (LC_ContentBox doesn't exist besides id for Javascript in londocs.pm)

Optimized padding for ContentBoxSpecial:
- Added padding to LC_ContentBoxSpecial, since padding is needed in all occurrences
- Adjusted margins for headlines in LC_ContentBoxSpecial boxes
- Removed now unnecessary LC_BoxPadding
Note: These changes increase the padding for menu boxes

lonaboutme.pm: Corrected unbalanced tags (removed </p>)

Removed unused/unnecessary sub routines "start_ContentBox" and "end_ContentBox"
(which used a non existing style anyway)

Add padding with css in Boxes of lonaboutme,lonsylabus,lonsimplepage. The css style is define in loncommon as LC_BoxPadding.

Functionslist Optimizations:
- Changed sub routines to allow collection of output data instead of being forced to directly print.
   This allows a much wider range of usage in other moduls
  (Now return the output data instead of direct printing)
- Replaced hardcoded fieldset legend text by customized text (new parameter).
  Default text "Functions" if no parameter text provided.

Adjusted related scripts (lonaboutme.pm, lonsimplepage.pm, lonsyllabus.pm) accordingly.
- Added some line breaks for better code readability
- Removed some " " (-> CSS)

Removed unneeded and unwanted tabs at line endings
(No content changes)

Optimized names for sub routines which create functionslists:
- Standarized/more consistent compared to exisiting routine names (e.g., start_data_table)
- Betting fitting with regard to routine's functionality
- No misunderstood connection to start_page routine anymore

Replaced handmade list for functions by proper HTML list
Added styles to get float, nowrap, spaces and horizontal list alignment characteristics

Replaced the styles in the Contact Information Box to give same look and feel in the edit view and the public view

Optimized function list output:
- Got rid of unnecessary  
- Added white space after each item to allow automated "item-wrapping" if screen is to narrow to display all items in one line

Delete </p> in RSS feeds output in lonaboutme lonsylabus.
Delete <a name.../> for "User Notes,Records,....", because that is not a link.

The action links in the fieldset in the aboutme page are now not wrapped

Add new design syllabus.Add the"Add Record" and "View recent activity.." links in the function fieldset in aboutme. Design fixes in aboutme,simplepage,template.

The title section of simple page is now in a Box which uses the LC_ContentBoxSpecial Style. The fieldset with the action links for the user are now on the top of the page.

Add a html fildset for site functions in lonaboutme,sylabus,simplepage.The functions are eg. show public view, edit,send message,.. .

Fix static CSS styles

Small Changes in lontemplate for the "new desgin" in aboutme,simplepage,sylabus

embedded the text in the "Send message" link.

renamed new styles to LC_**

fixed the image link in lontemplate.pm.
added an "Send message" link in lonaboutme.pm if no information is provided.

added an image link in the send_message function.

minor layout changes in the edit view of the listed files.
added an additional "Show Public View" link at the bottom of lonaboutme.pm.

upgraded the function start_ContentBox in lontemplate.pm with new input parameters to decide wether the public view or edit view is enabled.
inserted new styles for edit view in loncommon.pm.
