Added link to help file about this screen which already exists but which was not available on the actual screen.

Consistent wording / re-use existing phrases

- Remove form element now unused because Progress Indicator uses jQuery.

Use standard styles (info/warning/error)

Bug 6455 - Progress Indicator now jQuery. Still need to test across browsers.

 - Do not display submission data from a CSTORE transaction when the submission
   was for an Anonymous Survey.

Overload was not a good idea. Let the operating system take care of this.

Don't translate separator character between and domain.
Advantages: No need to change the translation files, if...
  - different separator character should be used
  - different output is wanted, e.g. just username, plainname, both, etc.
  - different style should be used for output
(work in progress to make this even more flexible by introducing a global function usernamewrapper)

Little optimizations:
- Optimized &mt usage and related translation changes

  as a quick solution for a better separation of content and menu functions

- When course activity log data are stored in $cnum_$cdom_activity tables, timestamps are stored using lonmysql::sqltime() which employs the server localtime.
- Student Activity displayed with trackstudent needs to have these timestamps converted to the time zone set for the course.
   - &server_timezone_handler() in lond retrieves server time zone from /etc/sysconfig/clock or /etc/timezone depending on distro.
   - &get_server_timezone() in lonnet.pm gets server time zone from course's homeserver.
   - &gettimezone() in lonlocal.pm can now take a timezone as an argument.
       - will validate it, and return it if valid, 'local' otherwise
   - &convert_timezone() in lontrackstudent.pm converts timestamps prior to display, and includes course time zone.

- Check that navmap object could be created to avoid ISE.

lonmysql.pm: Added &fix_table_name, which takes care of some of
MySQLs stupidity by prepending a '_' to table names which would
be interpreted as numbers.
Modified lontrackstudent.pm to use lonmysql and call fix_table_name

&get_max_time_in_db: use lonmysql::unsqltime to convert time.
&output_results: Tell the user when no data was returned.

- make trackstudent more readable

Added display of the maximum date in the course activity table.

Fix Bug 3668: trackstudent failed on first request because the query was
issued before any entries had been made in the database.

Added warning about the amount of time it takes to do trackstudent.pm.

Added another item to the <style> tag.

Removed 'orginating server' column.
Reduced number of lines requested to 500.
Better handling of tables.
Changed style of table to be much less colorful.
Reduced the number of useless pieces of information output to the user.

Big, huge changes.   Renamed and rewrote get_all_data to get_data, now have
two modes of operation ('full_class' and 'student:'.$sname.':'.$sdom).
Added &build_query to return the appropriate query based on the mode.
Reworked output_results to respect the mode of operation and to provide a
count of items.  Also, omit output of 'counter=<number>' values per Guy's
request.
Supports showing results for a single student, must be passed on command
line as selected_student=$sname:$sdom.

Color coding of output, modified query to not request ALL data.  Query and
table structure needs a good deal more work....

Just get 500 results for now.

&get_all_data is getting to be fleshed out.  Requests, receives, and
displays activity log data in an ugly table.  Found bugs in navmaps so
resource titles and links are not working.  Head to /adm/trackstudent to
see it in action (once most development servers have updated).

Barely functional student tracking ability.
