Bug 4954.  Filter title changed from "Enrollment Status" to "Access Status".  Access Status selections in lonhtmlcommon set to:

Adding groups filter to STATS functionality. New tables added (dom_course_groupnames and dom_course_studentgroups).

Two bugs with HTML output.
Skip columns with a width of '0' as it _really_ messes up firefox.
Some responses were not being unescaped.

CreateInterface: trivial html fixup.

Added 'Section' column to output.
HTML output of times now "local::locallocal"izes them.

lonstatistics.pm:Removed package variable @SelectedSections.
    Added &get_selected_sections
    Added &section_and_enrollment_description to provide a brief
        description of those students selected for statistics work
        (hopefully this descriptive line will make it in to bug reports).

Replaced use of @SelectedSections with &get_selected_sections in statistics

Modified to use loncommon::create_workbook and to call

Fixed bug with excel output where an extra blank row was output for each

Consolidate some code between Excel and CSV output.  Also removed debugging
code which caused CSV output to be generated for at most 10 students.

Removed debugging code from html output which caused data from at most 10
students to be output.
Implemented Excel foil per column output.

HTML output of each foil item is done.  Excel & CSV output remain to do.

Unescape results in csv output.

Fixes bug where excel output didn't list the student name for each submission.

CSV output wasn't stopping if the user hit 'stop'.  Now it does.

lonstathelpers: renamed &analyze_problem_as_student to &get_student_answer
as this is what it was doing.  Added routine &analyze_problem_as_student
lonstudentsubmissions: Call get_student_answer instead of analyze_problem_as
_student.

Added further cleanups to submission output.

Use $prob->part_display($partid) instead of outputing $partid directly.

Use $res->compTitle insead of &get_title.

CSV output is done.  Woo Hoo!

Complete re-write of html output to support multiple problem & part output.
Seems to work pretty well and produce relatively no-ugly output.

Excel output only still, but added multiple submission output, problem
grading output.  In case the user has selected too many problems to get
data for (> 255 cols), we now tell them the last one we can fit in the
Excel sheet.  Moved much of the inner most loop of excel sheet writing
to a subroutine, &write_excel_row.

lonstathelpers: removed $ResponseTypes input from MultipleProblemSelector
Added parameter $update_message to manage_caches.
lonstudentsubmissions:Removed useless calls to get_problem_data, added
warning about the amount of time it takes to compute correct answers,
new_excel_output: determine number of columns we will use in the excel
  spreadsheet and abort if it's too many, added support for correct answer
  printing
added &get_problem_data which is not currently used and probably won't be
Excel output is the only working output still.

Excel output works, other output methods (and options) do not.

CSV output works now.  Excel is broken.  More work to do....

Pretty much a complete rewrite.  Provides both html & excel output for
(currently) one problem.  It's generally pretty concise and works just fine
on a 500 student class.

The beginnings of extensive HTML output.
Still in hack phase of development.  The code is ugly, the output
is broken, and I'm going to rewrite it but I need a backup made now.

Reworked previous commit to be more concise and maintainable.

Added checkbox for computation of correct answers.

Added extra verbage to alleviate confusion as to current status of
spreadsheet compilation.

Unified cache handling among statistics routines.  All use inlined progress
dialog.
&lonstatistics:&Gather_Full_Student_data now takes $formname and $inputname
    for inlined progress dialog.
&lonstathelpers: All calls to lonstatistics::Sequences_with_Assess now pass
    parameter 'all' in for mode.  Added &manage_caches which takes care of
    updating student data at the right times.  "right times" may need some
    work.  &GetStudentAnswers now takes $formname, $inputname as parameters.
&lonproblemanalysis, &lonproblemstatistics, and &lonsubmissiontimeanalysis:
    Use lonstathelpers::manage_caches and inline progress dialog.
&lonstudentsubmissions: Uses lonstathelpers::manage_caches and inlines prgwin
    Uses inlined prgwin to display further status data.

Moved &GetStudentAnswers from lonstudentsubmissions and lonproblemanalysis
to lonstathelpers.

lonstathelpers: added local caching of computed answers.
lonproblemanalysis and lonstudentsubmissions: modified to begin using the
caching of computed answers.

Check for aborted connections.

Removed the lonstathelpers::limit_by_time_form.

Added call to &limit_by_time_form to &CreateInterface.  The selections
are not used but you can click the pretty buttons and see the form elements
change colors.

No longer translate before calling lonhtmlcommon::breadcrumbs
and lonhtmlcommong::add_breadcrumb.

Removed debugging code in answer computation routine.

Translate text passed in to &Apache::lonhtmlcommon::breadcrumbs and
&Apache::lonhtmlcommon::add_breadcrumb.

Modified to use &Apache::htmlcommon breadcrumb routines.

Added lonstudentsubmissions.pm
Moved code from lonproblemanalysis to lonstathelpers and lonstudentsubmissions.
lonstudentsubmissions can produce excel spreadsheets of student submissions
for numerical, radio, option, click on image, string, and formula responses.
