- Include script to check ProtectHome value for systemd service for web
  server, and modify/set new value as needed, when using ./UPDATE to
  install/update a LON-CAPA instance.

- Add bash_config_check.piml to buildfiles.lpml so it will be included in
  the tar.gz file created by make tardist.

- Add langcheck.piml to buildfiles.lpml so it will be included in the tar.gz
  file created by make tardist.

- Bug 6629.
  - Re-enable access to functionality in Math::Complex in Safe Space by
    copying Math::Complex 1.55 to LONCAPA::LCMathComplex and eliminating use
    of Config.pm
    - Whenever ./UPDATE is run to install or update LON-CAPA, the code which
      sets $nvsize in the standard Math::Complex script will be run in
      lcmathcomplex.piml and the value of $nvsize will be set to the
      appropriate value: 4, 8, 10, 12 or 16 in LONCAPA/LCMathComplex.pm.

- Add removenolongerused.piml script to LON-CAPA ./UPDATE process to check
  for files installed by earlier versions of LON-CAPA, now no longer used.

- Bug 6535
 Eliminate creation of unnecessary .lpmlsave files during install.
  - PDF manuals are not included in CVS, but instead are built dynamically
    when running make build (e.g., when creating a tarball for release).
    - Assign new categoryname: pdf manual and include check for this in
      lpml_parse.pl so filecompare.pl is called with -b3 flag.
  - license/about.html and loncapa_apache.conf in release tree are modified
    by make aboutVERSION, so developer installations can include version
    and datestamp of build in version info.
    - make aboutVERSION now includes code to set the last modified time to
      the CVS commit date, so unanted .lpmlsave files will no longer be created.
  - new file: getcvsdate.pl now included in loncom/build -- used to extract
    commit date/time from CVS/Entries for about.html and loncapa_apache.conf

- Include expire_DC_role.pl.

- Bug 6213.
  - Always run /usr/bin/fmtutil-sys --missing during postinstall.
  - Eliminate distro-specific call in picins_check.piml.

- Create special $dom-domainconfig user (if missing) for any domains for which
  the current machine is the primary library server.

- sysv-rc-conf.piml no longer used (functionality merged into chkconfig.piml).
- remove duplicate entry for chkconfig.piml

Use sysv-rc-conf instead of chkconfig to set webserver and loncontrol to start up on
reboot.

- - If mimetex.cgi version has changed, remove gif files generated by previous version from mimetexcache directory.

Add picins_check.piml.

- Adding latex_fixup.piml

- adding check for Math:Random having correct phrase to seed translator

- add add_domain_coordinator_privilege.pl to tarball

- include the queu slot updater

- adding a bunch f files that were not getting included in the tardist build

- adding a piml to wrap the setuid scripts in a binary excutable shell, so SuSE can actaully run these things

Adding rpmcheck.

Adding checkntp.piml

* the postinstall scripts did probably not run on a number of servers, since
the non-consequential "error" of DocumentRoot being set twice prevented the
whole rest of the scripts from running
* made it so that the error does not stop postinstall
* since a number of machines might now have both nohist_resevalhist.db and
resevalhist.db, made sure to not destroy the new data by pasting over it
* if we get ambitious, we can merge the two files from the hist-file

Added accesscount_seed.piml
loncapafiles.lpml now installs seed_accesscount.db
buildfiles.lpml contains information about running accesscount_seed.piml.
