                      7: \item folder image: This denotes that the name correspond to a directory.

        !             9: \item checkbox: Check this box and press the \textbf{Delete} button to delete a files
        !            10: \item Rename: Click this button to rename files (See Renaming File \ref{Portfolio_RenameFile}).
        !            11: \item Cat: Click this button to create a catalog entry for this file (See File Catalogs \ref{Portfolio_Catalog})
